About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, determining their needs and taking appropriate action.
- Answer telephone and take appropriate action.
- Assist with scheduling of assessments and produce schedules for counseling staff.
- Assist with the intake/admissions and discharge processes.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Perform OASAS online reporting.
- Maintain a daily census database and generate census and discharge reports.
- Gather statistical information and submit monthly reports.
- Process incoming mail and manage outgoing mail.
- Manage petty cash accounts.
- Gather financial information and forward to the Financial Case Manager.
- Perform various money handling and account keeping responsibilities.
- Set up and break down client charts.
- Maintain facility files and records.
- Maintain inventory and requisitions.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of word processing.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Aptitude for learning to operate electronic health records.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Works well with a team and individually.
