About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join Suvera's Product team during a key growth phase. This role offers the opportunity to quickly advance by owning a new product end-to-end with significant ambition. The ideal candidate will operate with confidence and curiosity to identify core user needs and iterate towards solutions, acting as a true partner to engineering, design, and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Independently run discovery processes, from user research and stakeholder interviews to synthesizing findings and translating them into clear product requirements.
- Utilize tools like Mixpanel and Omni, supported by strong intuition, to surface meaningful product insights and protect product principles.
- Bring quantitative and qualitative data together to inform roadmap decisions and push back on requests lacking evidence.
- Act as the primary product interface between Engineering and design, understanding technical architecture, surfacing constraints early, and co-designing user-centered and technically sound solutions.
- Contribute to product vision and ensure the roadmap supports longer-term goals across clinical workflows, patient experiences, and practice-facing tools.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of startup product management experience, prioritizing for teams of 5-10 engineers.
- Ability to work scrappily, bringing rapid clarity in ambiguous 0-1 environments with a lean supporting team.
- Capacity to operate independently with conviction, from scoping unknowns to translating findings into well-defined requirements and success criteria.
- Strong user instinct with genuine curiosity about care advisors, patients managing long-term conditions, and NHS GP practices.
- Genuine technical fluency, comfortable reading API documentation, discussing system design trade-offs, and collaborating deeply with engineers.
- Data literacy, comfortable using tools like Mixpanel to surface insights and incorporate quantitative and qualitative perspectives into planning.
- Clear and simple communication skills, effective with engineers, designers, clinicians, and co-founders.
- Accountability and resilience, owning mistakes, recalibrating under pressure, and building trust through composure and consistency.
- Willingness to work in the office at least 2 days each week, with flexibility for remote work.
