About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and entrepreneurial AI Operations Specialist to work directly with our leadership team, leading and building large-scale strategic projects from the ground up at Almedia. This role is for someone ready to commit fully to delivering significant impact, pushing boundaries, and seeing their ideas come to life. The role carries a strong AI focus, requiring operational excellence, technical strength, and hands-on execution of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead high-priority projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Identify, scope, and execute AI-driven projects to improve operational efficiency, user acquisition performance, product innovation, and decision-making processes.
Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution for AI initiatives.
Engage with all aspects of the company to gain a comprehensive view of business operations and identify AI leverage points.
Facilitate smooth communication and alignment between internal teams on objectives, timelines, resource needs, and AI project implementation.
Identify and implement strategies, including automation and AI-driven workflows, to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Requirements

Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives.
Obsessed with AI, constantly researching the latest news and tools.
Ability to lead and execute projects independently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.
Hands-on mindset with the capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution (e.g., automation, AI tools, data workflows, experimentation).
Analytical mindset to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team.
