- Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications related to graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics.
- High level of academic achievement.
- Solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience.
- Superb writing and communication skills.
- Admission to the USPTO.
- JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the candidate intends to practice are required for all associate candidates.
