This role is with a mid-sized GP firm known for its active practice at the PTAB and ITC, and recognized as a national "Tier 1" in Patent Law by US News & World Report. The firm offers Cravath-level compensation.
Responsibilities
- Drafting patent applications de novo from invention disclosure forms and/or inventor interviews with minimal supervision
- Presenting scientific concepts, analysis, reasoning and conclusions to scientists and non-scientists
- Prioritizing competing responsibilities, staying organized and exercising attention to detail
- Collaborating and working effectively in a team setting
Requirements
- USPTO admission required
- At least three years of patent prosecution experience preferred
