About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. Associates are expected to resolve customer concerns, ensure client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain store standards. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals.
