About the Role

This role offers a diverse and independent position within exciting projects in the education and social sector. You will gain insights into these projects and benefit from flexible working hours compatible with your studies.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of administrative and organizational tasks.
• Review and quality check publications, project documents, teaching materials, and social media content.
• Handle email inquiries and conduct phone consultations for advisory services, kindergartens, and cooperation partners in German-speaking regions.
• Conduct literature research and prepare relevant content for projects and publications.
• Maintain and update databases and support project documentation.
• Provide technical support for online exams and events using common video conferencing tools.
• Assist with creating memos, procurement processes in third-party funded projects, and research/coordination of external service providers.
• Work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant programs.
• Support social media activities, including research, content creation, and data upload.
• Participate in projects such as Sprach-Kitas Schleswig-Holstein, Elementar+, ProFiZ, and ELMA, covering research, evaluation, and scientific support.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as educational science, psychology, social pedagogy, childhood education, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Proficient in common office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
• Interest in early childhood education and adult education topics.
• Willingness to learn technical tools like Moodle.
• Enjoyment of organizational and coordination tasks.
• Team player with reliability, accuracy, independence, and structured work habits.
• Basic knowledge of SPSS and/or qualitative research (e.g., MaxQDA) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Very good German language skills (C1 level).
