About the Role
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the workflow of maintenance technicians in the general maintenance of beverage manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assures equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity and product quality
- Guides and supports maintenance technicians in troubleshooting production equipment
- Implements process enhancements to improve package changeover and line efficiency
- Utilizes knowledge to maximize asset utilization and plant performance
- Supports and provides training to improve the capability of maintenance technicians
- Schedules and tracks standard preventive manufacturing measures and prioritizes plant maintenance opportunities
- Coordinates and inspects major contract work on equipment and building electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related systems
- Meets and deals tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for safe performance of assigned duties
- Ensures high performance results of the team by fostering a culture of trust and wellbeing, driving a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, embracing diverse perspectives to foster innovation, and establishing a safe environment where team members are motivated, heard, and aligned with clear expectations
Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical experience maintaining production equipment, preferably with a PLC background
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of SAP or other CMS
- Microsoft Office experience

Salary/Compensations
- $76,400 - $125,000
