About the Role
The Assistant Distribution Center Manager (ADCM) assists the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) in overseeing all warehouse activities including receiving, put away, and overall organization of product. The ADCM will help the DCM manage staff and ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ distribution center operations experience.
- Supervision/management experience preferred.
- Experience managing fleet of delivery vehicles.
- Operate vehicles under DOT compliance.
- Possess a valid regular driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license.
- Insurable by Company’s insurance carrier.
- Inventory management and cycle counting.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Ability to operate a lift (training will be provided for certification).
- Ability to become Smith System certified (training will be provided).
