About the Role
As a Client Activation Sales Director in the Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you will guide a successful team focused on helping prospective, new, and churned clients in the small business segment. Your team will educate clients on the value proposition of Indeed and present opportunities to help them be successful in using Indeed’s products and services through regular, outbound interactions. You will recruit, train, develop, and inspire a team while balancing opposing priorities in a vibrant, results-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Motivate the team to hit all weekly and quarterly KPIs
- Hiring, Mentoring and developing the team
- Performance management
- Oversee team schedules and time off
- Control team critical issues
- Find opportunities, process improvements and gaps to goal and present to the Senior Director
- Collaborate with other SBS global managers/directors
- Share top sales approaches and drive strategy and innovation
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
- Inspirational innovator who can rally a team towards their targets and get the utmost out of team members performance
- Track record of motivating your team to hit all KPIs
- Coordination of team meetings, gathering feedback and new hire onboarding
- Performance management and mentoring techniques
- Proven track record of navigating a team through times of change management
