About the Role

Administer and grow a portfolio of business clients, in accordance with the bank's strategies, policies, and guidelines, to attract, retain, and develop clients, building long-term relationships through the placement of products and services offered by Grupo Financiero Banorte.

Responsibilities

• Attract prospective clients and retain current ones through cross-selling promotion and placement of various financial group products and services.
• Establish an annual account plan per client or business group, identifying business opportunities to increase profitability for the bank.
• Ensure client needs are met promptly by coordinating with various internal areas to provide bank services and/or products.
• Execute the credit process using the bank's defined platforms, including integrating regulatory files, preparing credit analysis, obtaining risk assessment opinions, and collaborating with involved areas for credit request committee sessions.
• Properly manage timely collection of the credit portfolio, verifying compliance with authorized terms and conditions, maintaining close client contact, and promptly identifying financial, market, legal, or labor deteriorations to mitigate recovery risk.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Economic-Administrative fields.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within Business and/or Corporate banking.
• Experience in financial analysis, management of business segment client portfolios, and strategy execution for client retention and attraction.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and projection preparation.
• English language proficiency.
• No travel required.
• Relocation not essential.
