About the Role

MCA is a leading Canadian retail merchandising company that partners with top brands in Canada and the USA. We provide agile in-store support and executional excellence, ensuring brands thrive on the shelf and in the hands of consumers.

Responsibilities

• Setting up attractive product displays and arranging products following detailed planograms to optimize product visibility and brand representation.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required.
• Completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.
• Forming and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company.
• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect retail data.

Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the specified location and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
• Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
• Self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
• Enthusiasm and a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
