About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Print Operator / Large Format Production Specialist to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-format print production. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where quality, efficiency, teamwork, and technical expertise are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large-format printing equipment, including Mimaki, Colorado, Arizona, and Epson printers.
• Produce high-quality print output across a variety of materials and substrates.
• Manage daily production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Carry out quality control checks throughout all stages of production.
• Work closely with the production team and communicate any issues promptly to management.
• Maintain an efficient workflow while ensuring production accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct final inspections and quality assurance checks on completed projects before dispatch.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative care of production equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor stock levels of production materials and report inventory requirements.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience with dye-sublimation printing.
• Knowledge of colour management and print production workflows.
