About the Role

First Mile is seeking an experienced driver to join their team, collecting and recycling waste across London. This role offers the opportunity to obtain an HGV license through their academy program, supporting career progression.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers on an allocated round to collect refuse.
• Mark off collections on a state-of-the-art app.
• Utilize the app for efficient route planning.
• Return to the yard to complete the workday.

Requirements

• Valid UK Driving license with 6 points or less.
• Willingness for frequent heavy lifting and time on feet.
• Experience working in a similar role.
• Experience driving in a city (London preferable).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good understanding of English.
