About the Role

Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support; Provide services to End Users that include End User Devices, Collaboration and Communication services, Network-attached devices, and Locally-attached devices. Perform daily health checks, meeting room AV and Network support, and provide effective Deskside Support Services. Responsible for Asset audits and asset inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support
  • Provide services to End Users including workstations, desktop PCs, laptop, PCs, tablet PCs (Windows and MAC)
  • Provide services to End Users including Collaboration and Communication services and devices (smart phones, desktop phones, mobility devices, streaming media systems, video conferencing) and other End User computing Hardware devices and associated system Software
  • Provide services to End Users including Network-attached devices (e.g. printers, scanners, copiers, multi-functional devices)
  • Provide services to End Users including Locally-attached devices (e.g. personal printers, projectors)
  • Perform daily health checks to End User Devices and Network attached devices as required
  • Provide Meeting room AV and Network support
  • Provide effective Deskside Support Services in accordance with the appropriate Performance Standards
  • Responsible for Asset audits and asset inventory

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Desktop support
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Good knowledge of ticketing and monitoring tools e.g. Service Now
  • Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions
  • MacOS support
  • Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices
  • Enterprise encryption solutions
  • New user account set up and management via Active Directory
  • Network troubleshooting skills
  • Asset management experience, new laptop allocation, Standby and offboarding
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s
  • Excellent communication, rapport building and internal customer service skills
