About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key event components, including vendor coordination, guest experience, brand partnerships, and a charitable silent auction. It begins as a one-event opportunity with potential for growth into a broader leadership position focused on community operations and experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and genuinely cares about creating exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead vendor coordination from confirmation through event day, including communication, logistics, setup, and support.
Own the welcome and check-in experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and connected.
Coordinate brand partnerships and product activations, including samples, giveaways, and in-kind collaborations.
Drive the silent auction initiative from planning to execution, including sourcing items, coordinating donors, setup, bidding, and follow-up.
Track open items, deadlines, and responsibilities across all assigned areas.
Coordinate with team members when projects overlap and escalate decisions when needed.
Be present during setup and the event to ensure each area is ready and to help solve issues as they arise.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the event and community experience.
