About the Role

Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents. Develop, modify, and review production drawings, and edit project narratives and specifications. Research materials for appropriate selection. Plan, coordinate, and administer projects from programming through construction administration. Review construction submittals and assist the project manager. Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture or related field and one year of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field and three years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Enscape.
• Demonstrated experience with Lumion.
• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated experience with Revit.
• Demonstrated experience with SketchUp.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience with 3D printing.
• Demonstrated experience with Physical model construction.
• Demonstrated experience with international building code and energy conservation code.
• Demonstrated experience with ADA and FHA requirements.
