About the Role

We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at El Pastor Restaurant in Battersea, London. El Pastor is a group of Mexican taquerias inspired by the vibrant food scene of Mexico City, focusing on authentic, high-quality ingredients and fresh, daily-made tortillas. We are committed to sustainability and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and our team.

Responsibilities

• Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
• Communicate effectively and clearly at all times
• Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome and guest care
• Manage and exceed guest expectations
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered

Requirements

• Experience working as a Waiter or Waitress at a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
• A kind, friendly, and positive attitude
• Strong command of the English language
• Good knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong team ethic showing respect for colleagues
• Interest and love for Mexican food and culture
• Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
