• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery, minimize risks, and secure favorable terms.
• Implement digital tools and standardized workflows to reduce manual work, improve transparency, and support data-driven decisions.
• Select, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers for indirect goods and services.
• Negotiate favorable terms for long-term agreements, service contracts, and recurring purchases.
• Identify savings potential, reduce procurement expenses, and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and standardized workflows.
• Utilize tools like Excel, SAP, or Power BI for KPI tracking and decision support.
• Mitigate supply chain risks, ensure continuity, and manage supplier performance issues.

Requirements

• Completed business studies or equivalent professional training with several years (>3 years) of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP R/3 (MM module).
• Experience in target costing and value analysis for cost optimization.
• Basic technical understanding and high affinity for technology in the automotive sector.
• Solid knowledge of contract law and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in supplier management and strategic purchasing for indirect materials and services.
• Knowledge of cost analysis and budget control to achieve savings goals.
• Proficient with digital tools and reporting systems (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills, both written and spoken.
