About the Role

Responsibilities
- Can create Opportunity/Quote and book contract for 5+ product types with standard entitlements per applicable policies.
- Supports quote to booking for complex non-standard entitlement scenarios.
- Supports billing for their booked contracts.
- Understands CBC requirements and can execute compliant to audit SOW to Quote to Booked Contract requirements for their contracts.
- Comprehension of SOX requirements and can support walk through audits.
- Can execute standard amendments for their contracts.
- Supports development of processes to support simple non-standard entitlements amendment scenarios.
- Supports Idling enablement and corresponding billing adjustments for their contracts.
- Supports development of process to support simple non-standard Idling scenarios.
- Supports forecasting/tool count process for their contracts.
- Can pull and understand reports needed to support Opportunity/Quote/Book Bill Activity for their contracts.
- Can analyze report data for basic business scenarios.
- Support script writing, UAT, and assist in review of iQMS/training documents for accuracy.
