Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, managing, and driving the implementation of the Service Delivery Strategy, a multi-year organizational change program.
  • Manage the project implementation of Service Delivery, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery of the implementation plan.
  • Maintain an overview of initiative delivery within the Service Delivery program and lead continuous planning and prioritization.
  • Establish and maintain robust, up-to-date project management documentation.
  • Coordinate the Service Delivery project delivery team, providing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with change initiative owners to plan, develop, deliver, and embed changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly project delivery staff.
  • Plan and deliver effective communication of the Service Delivery strategy with the internal communications team.
  • Manage and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels to inform and shape the implementation.
  • Regularly review progress, monitor impact against targets, and provide progress reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage project risks, escalating as needed.
  • Ensure Service Delivery program implementation aligns with other organizational change programs and manage interdependencies.
  • Provide project management support to other People and Change projects as needed.
  • Define project and program objectives, ensuring preliminary activities like outcome definition, milestone setting, viability studies, and resource planning are completed.
  • Ensure assigned projects and programs are completed according to predetermined requirements, focusing on product/process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness.
  • Document all phases of project, program, and/or process development, disseminating information as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  • Ensure effective utilization of all material and financial resources.
  • Collaborate with staff to maximize project/program productivity.

  • Ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise.
  • Use of hand and power tools.
  • May involve working in a clean room, requiring the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
