About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review and drive new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for product installation.
- Ensure certification templates align with BKMs and installation procedures.
- Coordinate I&W spending and drive data-driven improvements with the BU.
- Drive design-for-installation initiatives for new products.
- Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) to review and address Top Field Issues.
- Participate in or own the CAPA process.
- Drive CE productivity analysis and manage improvement plans to enhance CE installation productivity, quality, and reduce complexity.
- Lead Productivity DT (Digital Tools) field implementation and adoption.
- Act as a key stakeholder in driving the adoption of digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assurance.
- Participate in first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab or Customer Sites.
- Solve issues or collaborate with Engineering to address identified problems.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate in Product final testing to improve manufacturing quality.
- Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering.
- Facilitate infrastructure for proper communication of value to AGS and BU executives.
