About the Role

Responsibilities

• Review and drive new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for product installation.
• Ensure certification templates align with BKMs and installation procedures.
• Coordinate I&W spending and drive data-driven improvements with the BU.
• Drive design-for-installation initiatives for new products.
• Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) to review and address Top Field Issues.
• Participate in or own the CAPA process.
• Drive CE productivity analysis and manage improvement plans to enhance CE installation productivity, quality, and reduce complexity.
• Lead Productivity DT (Digital Tools) field implementation and adoption.
• Act as a key stakeholder in driving the adoption of digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assurance.
• Participate in first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab or Customer Sites.
• Solve issues or collaborate with Engineering to address identified problems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate in Product final testing to improve manufacturing quality.
• Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering.
• Facilitate infrastructure for proper communication of value to AGS and BU executives.
