Responsibilities

Represent iTeam and define AGS install strategy per product, together with AGS functions and BU product support team.
Review and drive new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to Install products.
Ensure certification templates are aligned with BKM’s and Installation procedures.
Coordinate I&W spending & drive data-driven improvement with BU.
Drive design-for-installation initiatives for new products.
Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues.
Participate in or own CAPA process.
Drive CE productivity analysis, initiate and manage improvement plans to improve CE installation productivity and quality and reduction of install complexity.
Lead Productivity DT (Digital Tools) field implementation and adoption through close collaboration with SBU/DEG to define iTeam HVP and with BU/SBU/DEG to define and develop specific solutions.
Key stakeholder in driving adoption of digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assurance.
Participate in first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab or Customer Sites.
Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified.
Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) in the Product final test to improve manufacturing quality.
Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering.
Facilitate infrastructure for proper communication of value to AGS and BU executives.
