About the Role
As a Working Student Marketing, you will be part of a small, dynamic team within our digital health portfolio, working at the heart of marketing operations. You are self-organized, think structurally, and have a clear hands-on mentality, ensuring tasks are completed reliably and on time.
Responsibilities
- Ensure structured and timely execution of operational marketing tasks in daily business.
- Conduct regular competitor analyses (e.g., pricing, brand presence, messaging, ad creative routes, funnels, content, and owned social media channels) to stay up-to-date.
- Take on project-related tasks, including content, campaigns, and event/trade show support, while maintaining an overview of topics, timings, and next steps.
- Assist in the design and creation of marketing materials and actively contribute your own ideas.
Requirements
- Organized and structured way of working.
- Strong hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
- Proficient in using AI/LLMs and interested in pragmatically solving tasks with them.
- Enthusiasm for operational execution and project-oriented work.
- Ability to maintain an overview of multiple parallel tasks and drive topics independently.
- Confident communication in German and English (at least C1 level).
