Responsibilities
- Identifies and drives improvements for digital tools.
- Serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools.
- Explains difficult or sensitive problems to upper management, building consensus.
- Supports complex problems by seeking new solutions using data analytics.
- Responsible for model propagation and dashboard configuration.
- Provides feedback to Package owners on content.
- Acts as the main point of contact for all digital tool issues.
- Mentors on troubleshooting methodologies for specific tools and processes.
- Understands BKM modeling techniques and becomes knowledgeable in other tools and systems.
Requirements
- Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.
- Has knowledge of Applied's digital products and applications.
- Knowledge of Equipment and Fab Operations.
- Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish work.
