About the Role
Interactive Brokers is seeking an individual to research client and regulatory complaints using various sources to resolve customer issues professionally and compliantly. The role requires general market knowledge in futures, options, and equities, with a preference for previous customer service experience in financial services or banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Present a resolution for complaints related to order routing, order status, execution inquiries, funding issues, statement and tax issues, and client service satisfaction.
- Compose clear and concise summaries of issues requiring internal escalation.
- Provide research for IBKR's Legal and Compliance team in response to claims submitted to local regulators.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of financial services industry experience.
- Experience handling client complaints preferred.
- Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of PC technologies, including Microsoft Word & Excel.
Skills
- General market knowledge in futures, options, and equities.
