About the Role

PatientFirst Fertility is building a group of modern, digital-first IVF clinics for private payors, starting with a live and profitable clinic and scaling into a group. This role offers direct work with the founder and C-level, providing real responsibilities from day one and insight into building a scalable healthcare platform. The internship is an entry point to a permanent role for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly reports and PDFs, and conduct ad-hoc analyses for management and shareholders.
• Manage Google Ads operations and perform funnel and tracking QA within the existing architecture.
• Digitalize and automate clinic operations to enhance patient experience, streamline processes, reduce error rates, and ensure scalability.
• Provide direct support to C-level executives.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including screening, scheduling, and feedback collection.
• Handle HR administration for the clinic.
• Manage procurement based on category logic, maintenance, and supplier coordination.
• Act as a liaison between HQ and the clinical team.
• Co-own the operational tool stack.
• Contribute to strategic growth projects for the group, including new clinical infrastructure (laboratory and operating room).
• Provide strategic support and coordinate with external partners such as construction companies, architects, and specialist planners.
• Assist with applications and permits for authorities and concessions, including deadline and document tracking.
• Track budgets and timelines across all workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a demanding environment such as consulting, startups, or venture capital.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university in Business, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Ability to structure information quickly and communicate precisely with confidence.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong aptitude for AI, software, and automation.
• Proactive and action-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Accountability for end-to-end results with attention to detail and productivity without constant supervision.
• High standard of quality for both internal documentation and shareholder presentations.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Desire to transition from the internship to a permanent role.
