About the Role

Responsibilities

Creation and publication of property listings on various booking platforms
Maintenance, optimization, and updating of our online advertisements
Support in pricing and occupancy optimization of high-quality holiday properties
Market and competitor monitoring, as well as participation in the strategic management of our portfolio
Support in guest and owner relations from booking inquiry to follow-up
Close collaboration with the team for continuous improvement of our service and quality standards

Requirements

Ideally, experience in the travel, tourism, or hotel industry
Structured, meticulous, and independent work style
Strong service and quality awareness
Enjoyment of interacting with people and friendly communication
Confident use of digital applications and online platforms
Very good German and English skills; French skills are a plus but not required
