About the Role

CLYR is a healthy protein fast-food concept based in Berlin, offering fresh, protein-rich plates and snacks. We are opening our first store in July 2026 with plans to expand to multiple locations in major German cities. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing company from the beginning and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plates and snacks carefully and attractively according to our specifications.
• Welcome and advise guests at the counter in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner.
• Take and correctly implement orders and individual requests.
• Handle checkout activities (card payments only).
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the store and at the counter.
• Maintain work surfaces and inventory according to opening and closing checklists.
• Actively support the team in building our new product category in the store.

Requirements

• High degree of reliability and punctuality.
• Genuine service orientation and friendliness, with a focus on the guest.
• Structured and careful work approach, even during busy periods.
• German language skills at least B1 level (to conduct conversations, take orders, and address requests).
• Experience in gastronomy, retail, or services is an advantage, but not required.
• Motivation to participate in building a growing healthy food concept from the start.
