About the Role
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for partner companies, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and supporting the sales team through excellent communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily calls with partner companies, clarifying inquiries, gathering information, and keeping all parties informed.
- Support the sales team by monitoring deadlines, initiating follow-ups, and actively coordinating via phone.
- Prepare documents and gather necessary data over the phone for offers and project preparation.
- Process orders, maintain accurate documentation, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Passion for phone communication and enjoyment of spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
- Friendly, clear, and professional demeanor, even when dealing with complex issues.
- Structured and reliable work habits with a good overview, even with multiple concurrent conversations.
- Enjoyment of organization and clean documentation, especially in collecting and relaying information.
- Strong service orientation, proactive thinking, and a willingness to actively contribute.
