About the Role
Become part of the world standard in electronics remanufacturing by performing software updates, replacing components, and testing electronic modules to ensure complete repair on the latest electronic technologies. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Performs software updates, replaces components, and tests electronic modules.
- Some soldering of SMT (Surface Mount Component) chip components may be required.
- Performs quality control test, manual or automated, on unit to the specification of the manufacturer.
- Promote and adhere to United Radio’s Core Values.
- Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Basic understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability and desire to learn new skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately.
