About the Role

Crane Data Centers Inc. (“Crane”) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage data center construction and delivery initiatives. You will collaborate with C-level executives, technical leaders, and partners to create, implement, and manage cross-functional programs, tools, and processes for delivering quality data center capacity to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and delivery of projects within Crane’s new build data center portfolio, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Create, implement, and manage a portfolio of data center processes and programs to enhance capacity delivery.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships and program teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop, implement, and utilize key performance indicators and business goals to drive outcomes.
  • Manage shared resources and balance competing priorities to advance business objectives.
  • Communicate project risks, delays, and obstacles to leadership and stakeholders, proposing solutions.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of key partners, including A&E consultants, GCs, and other third parties.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools to streamline reporting and tracking of KPIs, goals, and program statuses.
  • Develop top-line company goals and priorities with the leadership team and communicate plans to supported organizations.
  • Provide organizational leadership and represent development activities to the C-Suite and development teams.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in decision-making, embodying company values.
  • Promote Crane as a thought leader in design, safety, sustainability, construction, and operations best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in data center construction.
  • Proven track record of indirectly managing hybrid teams of consulting, contract, and other partners.
  • Deep expertise in executing and delivering complex, time-sensitive projects with ambiguous requirements, incomplete data, and competing stakeholders.
  • Experience in leadership and management of large-scale programs.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships and leading projects across diverse time zones and geographic locations.
