Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and reactive tasks on client site plant equipment
- Complete job tasks and risk assessments via PDA
- Provide reports for further works as required
- Liaise with clients regarding completed work and future requirements
- Update contract managers with site or client information
- Inform administration of site or plant asset changes
- Collect parts from suppliers or head office
- Submit weekly timesheets to the office
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and legal duties
Requirements
- Completed applicable apprenticeship
- Relevant plumbing industry qualifications
- Comprehensive experience in HVAC and building services environments
- Continuous employment history in the HVAC and building services industry
- Proven technical knowledge of plumbing maintenance
- Ability to manage own time, work, and paperwork
- Capable of building long-term client relationships
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Commercially astute with a drive to identify additional work opportunities
