About the Role

Standard Bots is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from sale to delivery. This role is central to maintaining smooth sales, production, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Finalize sales orders, confirming accuracy and completeness before fulfillment.
• Track orders and serial numbers using HubSpot, maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate across sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order progression.
• Count and reconcile inventory, monitor stock levels, and flag shortages.
• Place orders to replenish inventory.
• Track loaner units, monitoring their status and return dates.
• Manage returns and RMAs, coordinating the processing of units.
• Maintain clean and reliable operational data across systems.
• Keep HubSpot records accurate and current.
• Prepare and stage the office for in-person customer meetings.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort learning and working in business systems such as HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
• Reliable availability to work on-site in Glen Cove three days per week.
