About the Role

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associates to represent a prestigious luxury brand, Nespresso. This part-time opportunity offers flexibility, competitive pay, and personal growth, where you will engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, and inspire purchases.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting and interactive experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide expert knowledge on the luxury products and their features, offering tailored recommendations.
• Accurately record and submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk, including managing inventory.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission-based or goal-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles; formal sales training is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Self-driven and ability work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Access to a smartphone with internet capability.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
