About the Role

Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive performance, engagement, and growth. Partner closely with leaders and Centers of Excellence to deliver talent initiatives, lead organizational change, and strengthen leadership capability.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned to business goals
  • Build succession pipelines and develop internal talent
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design
  • Coach leaders to improve performance, engagement, and team effectiveness
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and risk mitigation
  • Lead talent reviews, performance management, and development planning
  • Partner with L&D to deliver impactful learning solutions
  • Ensure alignment with compensation programs and regional strategies
  • Identify and address future talent gaps
  • Build strong relationships across business units
  • Collaborate with COEs to ensure alignment on programs and initiatives
  • Co-create and design practical solutions that meet business needs
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
  • Powerful influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach senior leaders
  • Proven ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of financial levers, implications, and risks associated with talent decisions
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organization
  • Analytical thinker with strong project management skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently and takes ownership
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
