About the Role

Join a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions for mission-critical operations, focusing on situational awareness, tactical command and control, and video data exchange in multi-domain environments. You will partner with customers and stakeholders throughout the full system engineering lifecycle to shape technically sound solutions for aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate technical approaches and inform solution architecture.
  • Develop and refine Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) with customer stakeholders.
  • Support business development through technical exchanges and leadership briefings.
  • Define, manage, and baseline system and subsystem requirements and specifications.
  • Lead system design and prototype development activities.
  • Develop integration plans and checklists to ensure disciplined execution.
  • Execute component, subsystem, and system-level integration.
  • Provide systems engineering inputs to test plans, procedures, and reports to verify compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a US Security Clearance.
  • Experience conducting feasibility studies and translating findings into system concepts.
  • Proficiency in developing CONOPS for complex aerospace or defense systems.
  • Background in authoring, managing, and baselining system requirements.
  • Familiarity with systems documentation standards and configuration management.
  • Hands-on experience with system and subsystem integration.
  • Ability to develop and execute integration plans and test verification artifacts.
  • Knowledge of test planning methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira, DOORS, and Microsoft Office.
