About the Role
Skills for Change is seeking a Supervisor, Digital Transformation to lead digital transformation activities across all SfC sites. The role involves project management, digital knowledge, and process transformation to enhance efficiency, supporting IT infrastructure for new capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight, direction, and coordination for organization-wide technology planning and utilization.
- Ensure a secure and quality IT infrastructure for effective IT service delivery.
- Research and identify information systems and technology trends to foster continuous implementation of best practices.
- Oversee IT, Admin, and Operations onboarding and offboarding of staff and volunteers.
- Ensure ongoing automation of business processes to improve efficiency.
- Use metrics to assess organizational and technology success and identify gaps.
- Provide operational leadership for information management and technology.
- Lead business process mapping to identify business drivers for technology solutions.
- Define and adjust technology standards in collaboration with leadership.
- Implement a digital tools strategy, including integration of platforms like Blackboard, Salesforce, Trello, and ZOOM.
- Oversee CRM management through administration and optimization.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through CRM automation.
- Partner with program management to maintain and execute CRM Reports and Dashboards.
- Improve documentation quality and completeness.
- Implement a digital tools strategy ensuring seamless integration across platforms (Office 365, Power BI, Zoom, Blackboard).
- Lead the transition from Salesforce to a new CRM, ensuring data migration and accuracy.
- Ensure all digital systems are interconnected for smooth data flow and real-time reporting.
- Automate reporting and workflows using Power BI/Power Automate and integrate with other systems.
- Manage Office 365 with other systems, providing training on efficient usage.
- Ensure interoperability between digital systems, creating APIs or data connectors as needed.
- Support cross-platform collaboration by connecting Power BI with Office 365 tools.
- Provide leadership and design support for a significant capital project, including site visits.
Requirements
- Proven track record in project management.
- Demonstrated digital knowledge and transformation of business processes.
- Outstanding judgment and demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to review, update, and recommend IT policy.
- Keen attention to detail for quality assurance and oversight.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity and/or experience with project life cycle.
- Understanding and experience managing digital transformation projects.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional projects.
- Service mindset and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Customer focus.
- A clear vulnerable sector check is required.

Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or a related field
- Master’s degree is considered an asset
Salary/Compensations
- $65,000–$75,000
