About the Role
As the Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for our mobile app, web surfaces, and back-office tools. You will be the most senior design voice in the company, partnering directly with the VP of Product and Product Managers to set the design quality bar and shape the future of our social platform.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across mobile, web, back office, and design systems.
- Translate product goals and user insights into high-quality UX.
- Lead design discovery, concept exploration, prototyping, and visual design.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Apply systems thinking to maintain consistency and scalability.
- Communicate design rationale clearly using storytelling and data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with an agile mindset.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and synthesize insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing mobile consumer products.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and mobile-first problem solving.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience collaborating effectively with product managers and engineers.
- Experience using AI tools to support design workflows.
- Background in social, dating, community, or marketplace consumer products.
- Based in Paris with the ability to work in-office approximately 3 days per week.
