About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Advisor with a passion for the automotive industry to join our new car sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
• Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and vehicle features.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Automotive sales background preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Steady work history and commitment.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license.
• Must pass a background check.
