About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our EZLynx Product Team. This role is crucial for understanding user experience, exploring user needs, and bringing product ideas to life through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure product consistency and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of user experience through our suite of products.
  • Explore the needs and motivations of target users.
  • Partner with stakeholders in identifying, constructing, and testing information architecture.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and coded prototypes.
  • Coordinate and conduct primary user research and usability testing.
  • Articulate design decisions and the reasoning behind them.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams during implementation.
  • Promote product consistency across the platform.
  • Employ usage analytics to track and measure solution success.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment working on B2B enterprise software or SaaS products.
  • Well-versed in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with research methodologies such as user observation, user interview, usability testing, card sorts, persona development, user journeys and surveys.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret research data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills that promote idea-sharing and knowledge transfer.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, whiteboards, etc.).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
  • Must reside and work from one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, PEI, Saskatchewan.
