Responsibilities

• Ensure and optimize the availability of technical building equipment (TGA).
• Maintain GMP-compliant operation of facilities at the site.
• Independently plan and monitor maintenance, upkeep, and construction work in TGA.
• Coordinate with external specialists, executing companies, and internal departments (e.g., production, technical, quality, purchasing).
• Process and track deviations within the quality management system.
• Take responsibility for and represent the cleanroom technology department in authority and customer audits.
• Contribute to the long-term site development regarding technical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Completed degree in building services engineering, energy technology, building automation, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is desirable.
• Experience in the project planning of building services systems, particularly HVAC, heating, and cooling supply systems.
• Knowledge of building automation, ideally in Siemens Desigo Insight or cc, is desirable.
• Proficient application of relevant standards and regulations, as well as MLAR, MLÜAR, and AMEV guidelines.
• Familiarity with HOAI and its specified service phases, as well as VOB.
• Very high quality and responsibility awareness with strong self-motivation.
• Excellent coordination skills, structured, cost-conscious, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Strong communication skills and high team orientation.
• Willingness to shape and drive change.
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
