About the Role
Crafty is seeking an experienced Barista to craft high-quality drinks and deliver exceptional hospitality in one of our client cafes. This role is perfect for someone who is client-obsessed, reliable, and thrives in both team-oriented and autonomous settings. You’ll be responsible for preparing handcrafted beverages, managing inventory, and adapting to dynamic service needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare handcrafted beverages.
- Manage inventory.
- Adapt to dynamic service needs.
- Maintain a QC Evaluation score of 98% or above.
- Reduce overtime by clocking in and out at scheduled times, maintaining 30 minutes or less of overtime per individual timecard.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a third wave cafe.
- 2+ years of experience with a manual espresso machine.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25+ lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet.
- Ability to perform frequent bending.
