About the Role
This full-time, hourly position is with a growing company that sells and distributes a large portfolio of beverage brands. Your impact will be seen across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resources (HR) function, including employee administration and management of personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Schedule interviews and manage new hire administration.
- Assist with new hire administration through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including conducting interviews, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation.
- Assist with recruiting talent by maintaining the online application system, scheduling interviews, and managing job files.
- Maintain employee, job requisition, I-9, worker’s compensation, and other HR files.
- Provide support for employee questions related to payroll and time and attendance.
- Provide administrative support for benefits programs and leave of absences utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Support HR staff with special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
