About the Role

ImageFIRST is the largest healthcare linen rental and laundry services provider to medical facilities throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico, with a specialty in serving the healthcare market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to and from clients.
• Maintain positive communication with employees and clients.
• Operate company equipment safely and responsibly.
• Comply with safety and operation rules for commercial motor vehicles.
• Facilitate all client needs with the local team.
• Ensure complete load is loaded in accordance with the delivery manifest.
• Ensure all product is removed from the truck and the truck is cleaned and sanitized.
• Communicate timely about repairs, PM, and accidents.
• Ensure delivery manifest is signed and recorded.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Promote company values and positively impact associates, community, customers, and patients.
• Identify opportunities to add product at clients and relay sales information to the local team.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with deliveries.
• Develop positive relationships with principal customer contacts.
• Maintain an enthusiastic and professional attitude.
• Maximize customer contract term.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience within sales or a route sales role.
• Professional appearance.
• Able to consistently lift 35 pounds.
• Able to drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and have an excellent driving record.
• Able to obtain a C Class Driver's License.
• Sense of direction/knowledge of area.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations.
• Ability to identify problem/root causes and develop alternative courses of action.
• Ability to make decisions based on logic assumptions reflecting factual information.
• Excellent oral, written, phone, and face-to-face communication skills with associates, customers, and managers.
