Responsibilities

• Conduct pharmaceutical production processes according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines for high-quality liquid and semi-solid bulk preparations under cleanroom conditions.
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment, including measuring and testing devices, for drug manufacturing.
• Prepare production batches according to specified formulations and manufacturing instructions.
• Perform quality controls and tests during the production process.
• Document production data and results according to internal guidelines (machine and shift logs) and regulatory requirements.
• Support maintenance, cleaning, and sterilization of production facilities in compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Participate in production projects, particularly in quality, GMP, and Lean Management.
• Adhere to occupational safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Pharmacist (m/f/d), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA) (m/f/d), Chemical Technician (m/f/d), or comparable qualification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production and good knowledge of GMP guidelines and documentation are advantageous.
• Good understanding of technical processes and knowledge of production machinery and equipment.
• Meticulous and conscientious work ethic with a high quality awareness.
• Teamwork, responsibility, and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system) and weekends, as well as flexibility regarding working hours.
• Very good German language skills at B2/C1 level.
