AMC Global Media is seeking an Usher to join their Films Group team at the IFC Center in New York. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for theater patrons.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized attention and friendly service to each customer.
- Assist patrons entering and exiting the theater.
- Perform theater maintenance between shows.
- Monitor patron traffic flow.
- Act as a team member.
- Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties.
