About the Role

Performs service and warranty repairs on boats, motors, trailers, or ATVs, ensuring timely and efficient work according to manufacturer specifications. Supports world-class customer service and provides a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical and electrical problems on boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs.
• Installs accessory items.
• Answers customer technical questions to explain unit operation and work performed.
• Attends technical training to improve proficiency and achieve higher certifications.
• Water tests units with customers to verify work and explain product operation.
• Maintains familiarity with painting, decal application, and fiberglass repair processes.
• Performs rigging as required.
• Maintains a clean and professional work area.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ongoing completion of classes towards higher manufacturer certification.
• Provides own tools.

Skills

• Ability to understand electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
