About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor provides essential maintenance support, ensuring high-quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service. This role is key to delivering superior customer service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
- Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintains grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
- Reports maintenance issues affecting the budget, such as life safety, vacant repairs, property damages, and common area needs, to the manager.
- Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records these activities.
- Attends and participates in required training programs.
- Provides superior customer service and represents the company professionally.
Requirements
- Must be able to work any shift Sunday-Saturday.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- EPA 608 - Minimum of Type II certification.
- Follow all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures.
