About the Role

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. This role involves responding to leads, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from initial contact to an in-store experience, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person.
• Guide customers through their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion.
• Answer customer questions and provide information.
• Guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Help customers select their perfect vehicle.
• Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customer lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
• Close the deal.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase.
• Drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
